Store Manager

About this role

Oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the retail store and wholesale activities. Achieve and exceed branch sales targets and financial objectives (retail & wholesale). Develop and implement strategies to grow wholesale accounts and expand the customer network. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with wholesale partners and key clients. Lead, motivate, and coordinate store staff (scheduling, performance management, training, and development). Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation. Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and replenishment for both retail and wholesale channels. Prepare reports, analyze sales performance, and propose action plans for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
